DIY Balloon Garland
Balloon decor is ridiculously expensive these days, even the grocery store charges you $15 for just one big birthday balloon. Don't even get me started on the cost of balloon garland. I'm here to tell you it's ridiculously simple to do it your self with these 4 essential items below.
1. Balloon Pump
Balloon Party Pump
This guy will let you fill up to 20 balloons at once if you buy the balloons, and filling up balloons individually literally takes 2 seconds.
2. Balloon Garland Tape
Garland Tape
Fill balloon and insert into tape, it's as easy as that. Alternating different size balloons is how I typically do it, you can do them all one size too...no rules.
3. The Balloons
The company who makes the pump sells balloons that you can fill up 10 to 20 at a time, AMAZING. I'm sure you have seen the water balloons you can do this with, same concept. They also self seal like the water balloons.

You can also blow up balloons individually which literally takes 2 seconds with the awesome machine above. This is a great color assortment I found on Amazon.
