RETURN POLICY

Risk Free Returns

ALL ITEMS - REFUND OF ORIGINAL PAYMENT, Return with in 14 DAYS of delivery

ALL ITEMS - STORE CREDIT, Return with in 30 DAYS of delivery 

We want you to love your purchase!  If the fit is not right or the item is not what you expected, your are more than welcome to return your items for a refund of your original payment with in 14 days of receiving.  If the 14 days have passed and it’s still under 30 days since you received your item, we can offer your a store credit, that does not expire.  We do ask that all returned merchandise is unworn and in it’s original packaging.  If you would like to begin a return or exchange please email k.raycollectiveco@gmail.com and we will help you start the process.  

 

Return Shipping

STORE CREDIT - FREE RETURN SHIPPING

ORIGINAL PAYMENT REFUND - RETURN SHIPPING COST is the responsibility of the customer 

 

 - If you are returning an item for a refund, in the original form of payment, and choose to use our pre-paid return labels, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your final refund.  You may also use a shipping carrier of your choice.    

- If you are returning an item for store credit, we will waive the return shipping fee (YAY) as long as you use one of our pre-paid return labels.  

 

Return Instructions

  1. Email K.raycollectiveco@gmail.com to start the return process.  Please provide us with your order number and the name and number of the items you would like to return.
  2. Once your return/exchange has been approved we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or you may use a shipping carrier of your choice.  We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your return.  Please email us your tracking number if you choose to ship the item on your own to k.raycollectiveco@gmail.com.  (We do not refund original shipping costs)
  3. Please make sure to include your original invoice along with the item or items you are returning.
  4. Once we receive your return and it has been processed, we will send you an email with an update of your refund.  Depending on the card issuing bank it may take 2-3 days for the refund to post.               

 

*Unfortunately, we do not refund the original cost of shipping
