About Us

Hi there!  I'm Kelly Ray, mom of four boys, juggling the chaos of raising kids and trying to laugh while doing it.  Some days I'm not sure I'll survive the madness and then a week later I'm thriving meal prepping snacks for an entire week.  I'm here to share the ups and downs and all things relatable when it comes to motherhood and raising boys without screens. 

I started my Instagram account K.Raycollective not long before the world closed down in 2020.  What first was a focus on style finds and outfits (my attempt at holding on to my fashion career) quickly changed focus when I found myself locked at home with my family as covid took over the world.  I started sharing daily family life along with craft ideas families could do at home during the lock down.  It felt like I was really starting to connect with my audience and I realized the boy mom niche was where I needed to be.  When I found out I was pregnant with a fourth boy in June 2020 that pretty much solidified my future on the internet.  I became an expert at all things boys, clothing, toys, activities, how to handle wild behavior, and more.
