Banana Republic and Vix Swim Capsule

This is the not the Banana Republic you use to know.  They have been rebranding themselves over the past few years, and I will say they have done it beautifully.  I like to think of it as elevated safari style at a price point that's higher then the old BR but not unmanageable.  

Their new line of swim wear with VIX a well established swim brand since early 2000 may be one of my favorite swim capsules I have seen in a while.  Sticking with the basics of black white they have added a bohemian flare with beaded details, textured straps and 24 K gold embellishments and clasps.

The only one piece in the collection, the U-cut front and the beautifully embellished halter tie take this black and white suit out of the basic category.  Features removable cups and 24 K gold plated hardware woven around the neckline. And I'm always a fan of a suite with a little more bottom coverage.

 This may be one of my favorites, this triangle top two piece comes in both black and white.  The seed bead wrapped strap down the back give it an extra boho flair.

If you're looking for something to turn heads this scrappy two piece style will do it.  Available in both black and white this style features waxed rope straps and 24 K gold charms.
